Please enclose a copy of the invoice or a piece of paper with your address the order ID

You can find the order ID on the invoice at the top right.

 Important NOTE:
When returning from abroad, be sure to attach a copy of the invoice to the package; when returning from Switzerland or a non-EU country, this is mandatory. Otherwise your package cannot be processed by German customs. And it will be sent back.
